Management Call Divert via WWW
If have internet connection can manage Call Divert via WWW site.
click My Numbers
click Global Divert for the general call forwarding
click My DID individually for each DID number.
In section Global Divert and My DID available functions:
click Ringing Scenario for change Call Divert mode:
select Ring all at the same time for and ringing time in seconds for call to all destinations which are marked.
select Ring one after another for call to all destinations which are marked.
select Voice Menu – allows to setup the IVR and navigation in voice menu
setup Schedule personally for each destinations, when it is available for Call Divert. Default for all destinations 24 hours
mark Ring To Registered VoIP device for Call Divert to main VoIP line
mark VoIP Line and select SIP and enter SIP-ID for Call Divert to external SIP service (example IP-PBX or VoIP service)
mark VoIP Line select Skype and enter skype-nic for Call Divert to Skype
mark Phone 1 or 2 or 3 for Call Divert external mobile or landline numbers, only digits can be used (without +,spaces and dashes, example: 1210550003) or enter VoIP line number for Call Divert to SIP device which connected to the SIP line OPTIROAM
select Yes or No Play message "Call Forwarded" for notice the caller or not, that it Call Divert
select Yes or No Play music instead of ringback for replace call tone to the music, caller during the while waiting will be listening to music. The music is default for all customers
After ringing timeout divert call to select Disconnect if all the destinations for Call Divert will be are not available for incoming call or busy the incoming call will be disconnected
After ringing timeout divert call to select Fax-To-Email and enter email, if all the destinations for Call Divert will be are not available for incoming call or busy the incoming call will be Call Divert to fax and send fax message to email
After ringing timeout divert call to select VoiceMail, if all the destinations for Call Divert will be are not available for incoming call or busy the incoming call will be Call Divert to voicemail for record a voice message, after can listen later, via section "VoiceMail"
click Modify after all changes
